Regional Military NCO Hiring Summits
Summit Structure
These events are not a job fair, but rather focused and dedicated hiring summits built around the needs of those companies attending the event.
Day 1 consists of a consultative seminar training companies on how to establish a Leadership Development Program designed to successfully hire, onboard, and develop military talent.
Day 2 gives companies the opportunity to interview up to 10 prior military leaders for roles within their organizations.
Candidates will be geographically open to opportunities within the region the conference is being held.
Every company attending will have the opportunity to interview 8-10 candidates at the event in a private setting. The majority of companies extend offers or move 50% of the candidates interviewed forward to a follow-on interview step.
Candidate Pool
Candidates in attendance will be either directly transitioning or recently transitioned Noncommissioned Officers from all branches of the military. These leaders are resilient problem solvers, highly motivated, and fully focused on achieving the mission put in front of them. These leaders will rise to meet any challenge and grow within any organization.
